Brian Stuart-Young is a Caribbean banker and serial investor in financial services. He is the founder and current Chief Executive Officer of Global Bank of Commerce Ltd., offering international financial services; a founder and current Chairman of Caribbean Union Bank, Ltd., a domestic commercial institution; founder and Chairman of Global Processing Centre, a fully certified EFT centre processing Visa, MasterCard and China UnionPay issuing and acquiring card services; and founder and Chairman of SugaPay Ltd, a Caribbean designed alternative payment system using private label card and mobile channels.
